Well established law firm is seeking a motivated and driven personal injury attorney to join our law firm. 

The position will entail handling cases from inception through litigation, to include, negotiating claims, attending hearings, handling depositions and mediations. 

You will be given all necessary support staff to assist with research, drafting pleadings and discovery, to litigation support.

Experience handling personal injury matters in Federal Court is preferred.  

Compensation is very competitive with performance-based bonuses and fee-split arrangements available on cases.

Requirements

Prior experience handling personal injury cases as a Plaintiff attorney. 

Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
