Pion Nerone Girman & Smith, P.C. has an immediate opening in our Pittsburgh office for an Associate Attorney with at least three years of civil litigation experience. We have a thriving practice focused on catastrophic loss response and transportation litigation, along with other civil litigation matters. Our clients are nationwide, and our practice is fast-paced. For an experienced associate, the position will provide the ability to both independently and collaboratively manage a caseload. The successful candidate will be expected to take/defend depositions, make oral arguments, generate litigation management plans and onboard expert witnesses. As an experienced associate, the successful candidate will have significant direct client contact and may be expected to attend professional events locally and nationwide. Our practice goes beyond the four walls of an office. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, and admission to a second jurisdiction is preferred (West Virginia and/or Ohio).
