Krueger-Andes Law is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join our growing practice. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for an attorney who is eager to get litigation experience, draft persuasive motions, and hit the ground running from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and briefs
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy with senior attorneys
Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

J.D. + NC Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
2+ years litigation experience (civil litigation strongly preferred)
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple matters
Team player with a client-service mindset
