Description
My client is looking for a Paralegal/Compliance assistant to join their Compliance team in Hong Kong office.Primary Responsibilities:
-
- Review and proofread company documents to make sure the company is compliant to the applicable regulatory and compliance standard
- Conduct staff training to educate them on legal and compliance standard as well as updates
- Manage and update internal compliance policies and manuals
- Collaborate with other departments across the firm for any compliance related queries or issues
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field and if you are law graduate that would be a bonus
- Experience in a Compliance /Legal Assistant/Paralegal role highly preferred
- Strong written and oral communication in English
- You must be located in Hong Kong
