What you'll be doing:
Managing a steady volume of residential property transactions end-to-end
Preparing contracts, transfers, settlement documents, and related paperwork
Handling electronic settlements via PEXA
Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients, agents, and financial institutions
Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring deadlines are met
Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture

What you'll bring:
Experience in conveyancing (WA experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach
