Are you an experienced estate planning paralegal that would prefer a part-time job with flexibility?  Do you enjoy interacting with clients, improving processes and procedures, and drafting documents?  We are a small estate planning firm located in Chapel Hill focused on serving middle-class clients.   

Key Duties & Responsibilities

•         Drafting planning documents
•         Assist with funding trusts
•         Maintain and organize client files 
•         Assist with gathering information and documents from clients
•         Act as first level of communication with clients
•         Track the progress of client matters and keep matters progressing
•         Provide weekly status updates to clients
•         Coordinate signings and prepare documents for signings 
•         Record documents as needed
•         Assist in improving and documenting our processes and procedures

About the position

•         20 hours/week, schedule is negotiable
•         Pay based on experience
•         Can be mix of in-office (some required) and remote
•         401k with matching: 100% first 1%, 50% next 5%
•         We are hoping to add more benefits as our firm grows
