Quantum Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly organized IP and Compliance Administrator to support our global legal operations. This role is integral to managing corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance processes across domestic and international entities. You will oversee subsidiary formations and filings, maintain our IP portfolio, and ensure adherence to environmental and corporate compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of exercising independent judgment in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and maintain recordkeeping systems, assist with litigation and audit preparation, and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and mitigate risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and close domestic and international subsidiary entities, including filing required periodic reports
- Review and manage IP portfolio and related applications, filings, and renewals
- Manage environmental compliance data and processes, including reporting obligations
- Review and maintain corporate compliance policies and practices
- Independently research and analyze issues affecting business operations.
- Develop and maintain systems for recordkeeping and reporting.
- Assist in preparing materials for litigation, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Recommend process improvements and policy updates based on relevant risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with IP, corporate compliance, and environmental compliance workflows
- Strong understanding of relevant terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Recognized inherent ability to act with integrity, ownership, and urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Anticipated Earnings Range: $50,000 - $65,000
The above pay range represents Quantum's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Pay within or outside of the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge/education, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
