Requirements
Experience & Professional Level:
- Senior Litigation Paralegal: Demonstrated experience supporting complex civil litigation at a high level, including independent case management through trial and, where applicable, appeal.
- Senior Attorney (Litigation): Licensed in Michigan with substantial litigation experience (typically 5–10+ years) and a demonstrated ability to independently manage matters, including courtroom advocacy and strategic case development.
- Probate Attorney: Established experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and/or probate litigation, particularly involving sophisticated or high-value estates.
Core Capabilities:
- Strong legal writing, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to assume ownership of matters from intake through resolution
- Sound judgment in litigation strategy and risk assessment
- Trial preparation experience; courtroom experience expected for attorney roles
- Familiarity with appellate processes is advantageous
Practice Development & Professional Contribution:
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and expand professional relationships
- A track record of consistent referrals, repeat client engagement, or practice growth
- Interest in contributing to the ongoing development of a relationship-driven practice
Candidates may come with:
- An established practice with ongoing client relationships, or
- A developing practice supported by strong referral networks and demonstrated growth trajectory

- Litigation across family law, probate, and civil matters
