Job Description: Well-established law firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury/Litigation Paralegal. Ideal candidate is an organized, proactive team player who can efficiently manage a heavy caseload while providing support to attorneys (thrives in fast-paced environment, with strong background in personal injury, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception through resolution.
• Manage a heavy caseload with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Conduct legal research, gather medical records, and draft pleadings, motions and other legal documents.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel to facilitate case progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury/litigation experience.
• Minimum of 2 year of MDL experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and personal injury law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programming (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
