What we're looking for:

•        5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (construction accidents, motor vehicle, premises liability)
•        NY & NJ experience required - You know the courts, the procedures, the systems
•        Litigation skills: Discovery, depositions, trial prep, motion practice
•        Tech-savvy: Experience with case management software (we use CasePeer), e-filing systems, comfort with legal tech
•        Independent worker who thrives with autonomy and accountability
•        Bilingual (Spanish) a significant plus
