The Senior Paralegal plays a key role in supporting Analysis Group's Legal Department by independently reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing the intake and contract management systems, identifying and implementing process enhancements, and mentoring junior paralegals. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to operate both autonomously and collaboratively across departments.
The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys and the Legal Operations team on a wide range of matters, including contracting, intake and contract system management, technology and process improvements, compliance, and corporate governance to support the Legal team's risk management efforts and operational efficiency.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, billing guidelines, vendor agreements, and protective orders.
 - Assist in managing the contract management system, including updating information and tracking contract expirations, renewals, and amendments.
 - Work closely with consulting staff and administrative departments (Finance, IT, Information Security, HR) to align contractual terms with firm policies and operational processes.
 - Serve as point of contact for questions on contractual terms, processes, and best practices.
 - Provide training and guidance to staff on the contract management system and procedures.
 - Assist in managing the Legal intake system, including triaging new requests and identifying urgent requests.
 - Assist with tasks related to document retention (including legal holds), collection and production (including subpoena response), and disposition.
 - Collaborate with Legal Operations to identify potential enhancements to the Legal team's processes.
 - Support the Legal team with ad hoc projects, reporting, and risk management initiatives as assigned.
 - Mentor and support junior paralegals.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, paralegal certificate preferred.
 - Minimum of six years of relevant work experience required.
 - Experience in a professional service firm or large law firm preferred.
 - Experience reviewing and negotiating contract language is strongly preferred.
 - Ability to manage contract workflows and coordinate across multiple departments.
 - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can appropriately prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
 - Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities, including strong customer service skills.
 - Curious, proactive, and self-motivated professional who takes initiative, drives projects forward, and identifies opportunities to enhance processes and overall efficiency.
 - An understanding of corporate governance best practices and experience maintaining corporate records for a company with international presence is a plus.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
 - Experience with contract management systems (e.g., NetDocuments and ServiceNow) is preferred.
 - Experience with Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and/or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
 - Enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000$130,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
