A respected insurance defense firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support three busy partners in a fully remote, permanent role. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, fast-paced team where attention to detail and independent initiative are essential to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive litigation support to three high-volume attorneys in an insurance defense practice
• Prepare and manage legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and e-filings
• File motions and other responsive pleadings in courts throughout Washington State.
• Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on case-related matters
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Stay organized and proactive in a remote environment
   

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense
• Extensive experience filing motions and other responsive pleadings in courts throughout Washington State.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs without repeated instruction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A reliable collaborator who thrives in a close-knit team environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Proactive, dependable, and able to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment
