What You'll Do
As a Family Law Attorney, you will:

• Manage a diverse family law caseload from intake through final resolution.
• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, CPS, enforcement, modification, and related family law matters.
• Develop case strategies tailored to each client's goals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain high professional standards and comply with all ethical obligations.

Qualifications
We're looking for attorneys who have:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• An active Texas law license in good standing.
• Family law experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Professional demeanor and high ethical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Family law litigation experience.
• Experience handling hearings, mediations, and contested matters.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Familiarity with Clio, Microsoft Office, Westlaw, or Lexis.
• Courtroom experience and confidence advocating for clients.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
