JOB OVERVIEW Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is currently recruiting a Lateral Attorney or an Associate Attorney with 2+ years’ experience in bankruptcy who is looking to grow their practice and join an established team of respected attorneys with our Dayton, Ohio location.
ABOUT THIS POSITION The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, enjoy collaborating with coworkers and clients as a team player, and willingness to take on responsibilities as appropriate. Prior experience and familiarity in legal research with bankruptcy law and issues involving secured transactions is required along with strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation. Experience with commercial and consumer bankruptcy practice and out-of-court restructurings is preferred. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and representation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio State and Federal Courts. This job is a full-time, in office position in Dayton, Ohio with some work-from-home flexibility as needed. Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
