Opportunity Alber Fim P.C. are a high-growth firm expanding in Georgia (Atlanta, Columbus, Augusta, Macon and Savannah) as a continued wave of statewide and initial phases of national expansion. We are seeking solo family law attorneys or small firms (2–5 attorneys) looking to scale their practice through our established platform, litigation and overflow support, operational infrastructure, and scalable revenue model. This opportunity includes a clearly defined and accelerated path to partnership with Alber Firm P.C. for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities Lead family law litigation and advisory matters including divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements, asset division, and complex domestic cases. Leverage our marketing platform for client acquisition while focusing on legal execution. Collaborate on firm strategy, utilize overflow support for increased case volume, and participate within our operational framework. Handle cross-jurisdictional matters as the firm expands nationally.
Ideal Candidate Three or more years of experience practicing family law in a solo or small-firm environment. Strong litigation and trial skills in domestic relations. Comfort managing scalable caseloads with operational support. Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in structured growth and firm leadership. Licensed in New York or nearby states; multi-jurisdictional experience preferred but not required. Solo practitioners or complete small teams (2–5 attorneys) seeking growth without added overhead.
