Paralegal - Real Estate

HIGHLIGHTS
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position Type: Direct Hire
Hourly / Salary: Based on Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in the real estate practice group with a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Title and Survey review (demonstrated experience handling title/survey review, objection letters, responses to objection letters, review of title endorsements);
• Drafting basic agreements (purchase agreements, basic leases, lease summaries, etc.) and amendments;
• Draft and review closing documents;
• Draft closing letters;
• Calendaring of dates and sending reminders to clients and the attorneys at Buchalter;
• Organization -keep the calendar and file organized;
• Lease review/summary of key legal issues
• Review of common diligence materials (property condition report, zoning report)
• Related corporate matters (e.G. Filing new entities/amending existing entities, entity dissolution and formation).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of experience
