This is a full-time position for a Paralegal located in Mobile, AL. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, conducting research, performing document review, and organizing legal files. Additional duties include communicating with clients, preparing case summaries and ensuring compliance with legal processes and deadlines.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of law and expertise in legal document preparation
Research and document review skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency with legal software tools and technologies
Organizational and time management skill to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies, Law or a related field is preferred but not required
Prior experience working in a law office or legal setting is advantageous, specifically in bankruptcy or probate matters
