Associate Attorney – Family Law
Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
You will independently manage family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution, including:
- Conduct client consultations and develop legal strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and correspondence
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to provide exceptional client service
- Build and maintain a personal book of business while contributing to the continued growth of the firm

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing
- Experience handling family law matters from consultation through resolution
- An existing family law book of business (preferred)
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills
- Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to client service
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
