Work Location: Remote during Covid - Onsite in DC following Covid (Discussions in process for permanent hybrid option)
Clearance Required: U.S. Citizen, Public Trust
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for processing inbound document productions and supply/apply quality control measures to productions assigned by the government within program defined service level agreements.
- Plan and implement eDiscovery solutions, using SEC standard operating procedures on each and every project assigned and processed.
- Lead, coordinate, and support team members so that processing projects are completed within Service Level Agreement guidelines.
- Present project completion reports to corresponding government stakeholders and direct reporting supervisors.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- The candidate must have familiarity with eDiscovery processing tools to process data for litigation databases in support of various review platforms.
- The candidate will conduct quality reviews of data within each database after processing to ensure data integrity and project reconciliation prior to submission to the government.
- The candidate will have a vast knowledge of quality control workflows and proper eDiscovery processing and preservation techniques.
- The candidate will have superior time management and production processing multitasking techniques to ensure that productions (large or small) will be submitted on time in accordance to government set timelines.
- The candidate will be familiar with customer service level agreements and processing demands to correspond to these agreements.
- The candidate will have strong knowledge of data triage and have strong problem solving skills, from reconciling individual file processing issues e.g. (PSTs, Microsoft Office Documents, PDFs), to troubleshooting the SEC’s various processing and review platforms as issues are presented and encountered.
- The candidate will have knowledge of reporting techniques to submit production and project reports (as needed) to government leads.
- The Candidate will have strong project logging skills as it pertains to all task detail recording from receipt of the project to maintain chain of custody, to recording all processing attributes (errors, exceptions, bates ranges, file counts etc.)
- The candidate must be an effective communicator to the client in email and verbally, to be able to properly escalate problematic productions or issues that are faced during processing and upload within SEC environments.
- Sound understanding of eDiscovery practices and EDRM At minimum an intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint and Visio proficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, program managers, relevant government POCs and proposal personnel. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks, and possess strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in problem recognition and solving skills.
- Proficiency in interpersonal and written communications.
- Advanced analytic and analysis skills.
- Must possess 3-5 years’ experience in data loading and litigation support
Desired Certifications:
- Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) eDiscovery Review Platform Certification e.g. (RCA, Recommind Axcelerate Processing, Nuix)
