In this position, you will work closely with the firm's attorneys and paralegals in supporting the representation of our clients. Our clients include licensed professionals and businesses who expect nothing but the best.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, with solid organizational and analytical skills. They must be able to communicate well with potential clients, clients, staff, and attorneys. They must be ready and willing to accept the additional responsibilities and projects ad hoc as you would expect in a growing law firm.

Requirements
Work closely with the Case Management Coordinator and legal team. Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to multi-task and adapt to constantly changing priorities. Maintain attorney/hearing calendars. Interviewing clients and witnesses. Case fact-gathering and retrieving. Engage with attorneys in case planning and recommendations on how to proceed. Conduct legal research. Draft, revise, and produce legal pleadings and briefs and discovery. Ability to produce correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Required Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's Degree. Paralegal Certificate Meets or exceeds the standards of BPC section 6450 At least 5 years of Paralegal experience. Writing skills. Prefer Following Skills and Experience: Strong client relations skills. Strong organization and interpersonal relations skills. Desire to learn. Civil litigation experience.
