Position: Experienced Business Immigration Attorney Location: Boston, MA (Charlestown Navy Yard)

Are you an experienced Business Immigration Attorney ready to make an impact at a thriving law firm of 10 attorneys and 14 paralegals and support staff, where collaboration, compassion, and excellence drive our mission to guide clients through the complexities of immigration law? At Iandoli, Desai and Cronin, PC, we are more than a law firm—we are a supportive team helping serve professionals, businesses, and academic institutions. Our clients are leaders in medicine, academia, engineering, biotechnology, and more. You will be a key player in managing a sophisticated caseload end-to-end for individual to large clients, advising clients and/or their HR personnel, and delivering outstanding personalized results.
Key Responsibilities
§Case Preparation & Filing: Lead preparation and filing of employment-based immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) and nonimmigrant (H-1B, E-3, TN, L-1, L-1B, O-1, E-1/E-2, etc.) petitions, as well as adjustment of status and naturalization applications.
§Client Counsel & Communication: Serve as the primary legal advisor, providing expert guidance and clear updates to clients on their case strategy and progress.
§Legal Review & Case Oversight: Review and analyze documents, ensure legal accuracy in all submissions, and leverage specialized case management software to monitor deadlines, expirations, and petition quality.
§Coordination & Advocacy: Liaise with individual clients, HR representatives, and government agencies on behalf of clients.
§Team Leadership: Manage one or more assigned paralegal(s) depending on experience and caseload and responsible for their learning and growth development, in collaboration with firm-wide continually legal training.
Qualifications
§Must have a JD and active bar license in any state
§5+ years of business immigration experience preferred, with broad case exposure including:
-NIV (not just H-1B — L-1, TN, E, and especially O-1)
-PERM
-EB-1B
-Self-sponsored petitions (EB-1A and NIW)
-AOS
-Naturalization
§Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high volume of cases.
§Strong written and verbal communication skills.
