Position Summary - Provide senior project management support of legal engagement on the execution of global clinical trials.
  • Client support for key global study start up activities in Global Development Operations, including informed consent and patient recruitment.
  • Manage the legal escalation process for Informed Consent, and timely respond to questions with attorney supervision.
  • Manage the legal review process for Patient Recruitment and Retention Materials (and related templates, concepts, and branding), and timely respond with attorney supervision.
  • Develop and manage new process for centralized study-related injury reimbursement process.
  • Provide senior project management support for innovative projects across the Patient, Data & Privacy Law team.


Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years of paralegal or project management experience, preferably in a global pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and use of innovative approaches to problem solving (including the use of technology).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, together with a proven ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Exhibits the highest integrity, excellent judgment, and the ability to proactively identify and effectively communicate issues.
