Essential Functions of the Position:

Innovative Report Generation: Design and build detailed reports and queries to support major gifts, stewardship, annual fund, and engagement events.
Comprehensive Research: Conduct in-depth research on individuals, foundations, and organizations to identify potential donors.
Strategic Profiling: Create detailed profiles of prospective donor groups to equip team members for successful engagement.
Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Major Gifts to identify, analyze, and cultivate a pipeline of potential donors.
Performance Metrics: Generate and analyze monthly benchmarks and metrics for the Director of Major Gifts and the VP of Advancement.
Ethical Standards: Uphold the professional and ethical standards set forth by the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA).
Database Management: Keep our records up-to-date with the latest biographical, financial, and prospect tracking information.
Requirements
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Three years of relevant experience, with a preference for those familiar with CRM databases like Raiser's Edge.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Non-Profit Experience: Previous experience in a non-profit environment, research, or as a paralegal is beneficial.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete projects, with a knack for preparing detailed analytical reports.
Donor Research Knowledge: Familiarity with donor research techniques, best practices, and professional resources.
