At Weinman & Associates, our focus is on our unique, individual clients and their circumstances. Each family is unique and each situation is unique. Achieving their goals requires the creation of a legal strategy that is equally unique. Our ultimate goal is to help our clients achieve a better life for themselves and their families, and to help them navigate the legal system with dignity and respect. We are assertive advocates with plenty of trial experience. However, we are also negotiators with training in mediation and collaborative law, and we will help avoid the antagonistic, expensive and public process of a divorce trial whenever possible.
Company History
Daryl Weinman began as a sole practitioner family law attorney in Austin in 1994. Since then, she has grown the firm to add 3 associate attorneys, 3 seasoned paralegals, and 3 back office staff. Ms. Weinman has been board certified in family law since 2000, and the rest of her staff is either board certified or working toward board certification. Additionally, Ms. Weinman and her associates are certified by the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators so they can better serve our clients with complex financial assets.
