Description

We currently seek an associate attorney with 2-4 years of insurance defense experience. Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defense of civil litigation cases
Conduct thorough legal research
Draft reports, legal documents and pleadings
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations as needed
Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients
Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information
Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations
Active participation in all aspects of litigation management
