We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate Litigation Attorney who is looking for meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial legal practice.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications
Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, and judicial chambers
Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings
Support overall case strategy and litigation management
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications
Expected salary range: $85,000 – $140,000+ annually, depending on experience

Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Prior litigation experience or a demonstrated interest in litigation through Moot Court, Trial Advocacy, Law Journal, internships, clerkships, or similar experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professionalism, initiative, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Lexis
- Comfort with modern legal technology and practice management software
- A license to practice law in Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain Tennessee licensure within six (6) months of hire
