Description
Trembly Law Firm is looking for a talented Junior Level Litigation attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join one of its stellar litigation teams as a strong advocate and ally for businesses and business owners in business litigation cases. This attorney will be reporting directly to their assigned Litigation POD Leader.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be admitted to practice law in Florida
- 0-3 years of business/commercial litigation experience in Florida
- Have a strong interest in business litigation matters
- Be dedicated to achieving excellent results
- Possess strong writing skills
- Possess strong oral advocacy skills
- Be a self-starter and independent thinker
- Be a complex problems solver
- Be able to handle and manage case assignments
- Be a clear and effective communicator
- Have good follow through
- Be an excellent and efficient biller
- Be responsible and hold themselves accountable
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
- Have a desire and ability to help businesses and owners resolve disputes
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Possess a high proficiency in Word and knowledge of Excel, computerized calendaring, and task management
- Have a clean record with respect to malpractice judgments or bar grievance determinations. Please note that a background check may be conducted, and references may be contacted.
Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:
- Experience in business and commercial litigation, especially partnership disputes, derivative claims, non-compete litigation, etc.
- Experience preparing for and conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings
- Experience with motions practice
- Moot court or Trial Team participation
- C.L.I. experience
- Bench trial experience
- Jury trial experience
- Top 10% of graduating class from law school
- Have familiarity with Apple products (iMacs and MacBooks)
