Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience
Location: Boston, MA or Manchester, NH
Description
We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Litigation Associates to join our team. In this role, you will represent a broad range of clients in commercial disputes and tort actions; conduct research; draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents; collect and analyze evidence; utilize cutting-edge e-discovery tools; manage all phases of discovery; take and defend depositions; and appear at hearings, arbitrations, trials, and mediations. In addition, you will coordinate and supervise the work of outside experts while ensuring compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws related to litigation matters.

- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgement with a dedicated work ethic
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, a high degree of maturity, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships
- Works well independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong understanding of technical legal terminology, concepts, and proven application
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a J.D. from an ABA accredited institution with license to practice in MA, NH, and/or other New England states. A minimum of 2+ years of law firm and commercial litigation experience is required. EEO
