Description

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and Discovery.
• Filing legal documents with the Court.
• Researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources and providing written analysis to attorneys.
• Case management, including managing deadlines, preparing and organizing case files, and ongoing communications with clients.
• Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings.
• Assisting with client intake, scheduling, and team communication to support case development and overall firm operations.
• Talking to, meeting, and building relationships with clients.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years applicable law firm experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Hands-on experience in the Maryland court system.
