Illinois-Iowa Statewide Hybrid
Position Summary: Worker’s Compensation lawyer for litigation/trial firm with trial experience for those with 3-15 years of personal injury litigation. Attorneys will be expected to manage all aspects of litigation, including investigation, client contact, motion practice, discovery, trial and pre/post-trial work, and management of a dedicated paralegal. Defense experience a plus.
Pay: Bonus structure for the right candidate and commensurate with experience is available. 401(k), Dental, Health, Vision, PTO, CLE, FSA included. Car required.
